Football 5s

  • Men’s Team Event

  • Yellow and Red Cards as per regular football rules.
  • All standard rules except the offside rule will be applicable
  • Direct or 1 bounce Penalties are to be taken from opposite D without Goalkeeper in Goalpost.
  • At any given time only the Captain of the Team must & has the right to speak

Football 7s

Box-Cricket

6-PLAYERS | 6-OVERS A SIDE | 2 MATCHES GUARANTEED | GRASS GROUND | OVER ARM STANDING POSITION

Rules:
  • Mixed Team (Men and Women) permitted
  • Tennis Balls will be provided for the Matches
  • 6 persons playing per side (Additional 2 Squad Players)
  • 6 Members once selected at the Toss will complete the entire match unless there is an injury in which case a player is allowed to be substituted for fielding but will not be able to Bat or Bowl.
  • Each match is limited to 6 Overs a side.
  • One bowler can bowl a maximum of 2 overs.
  • In case of a tie in scores, the result will be decided on the basis of Super Over.
  • The pitch length should be verified by both captains and umpire BEFORE the start of the game and cannot be modified once the play has started.
  • The Pitch will have a Line Marking (at halfway point) and the Ball bounce has to be beyond the specified line. In case of the ball bouncing before the line, a No Ball will be declared.
  • Bowling will be done Over-Arm in a Standing Position with no Leg Movement.
  • Any leg movement or Line Cutting will result in a No Ball.
  • The bowler’s hand at all times should stay under the height of his Head.
  • There is NO limitation on placement of fielders as long as they do not cause obstruction to the batsman.
  • There would be no LBW out, also leg byes would not be granted.
  • The wicket keeper can be rotated and all players are allowed to bowl.
  • Free hit balls are not applicable under any condition.
  • At any given time only the Captain of the Team must & has the right to speak.
  • The playing teams must be present THIRTY minutes before the start of the play and are also requested to take care of their own belongings, as the organizers will not be responsible for loss of their property or valuables.
  • Organizers will not be responsible for any injuries or mishaps at the venue. The participants are requested to carry their own safety equipment.
  • In case of a possible dispute regarding a hit for 4/6 runs and /or a catch at the boundary, fielders are advised to stay put and help the umpire make the decision by holding their ground. Benefit of doubt shall always go to the batsman.
  • One representative from each playing side will accompany the official scorer and inform him about the player's detail. In case the representative is not available, no corrections or amendments would be allowed later.
  • All players must carry their Photo ID Cards or a letter from the company authorizing the player to be an employee of the company. In absence of this, the player would not be allowed to play the match.
  • The decision of the Steering Committee shall be final in all matters. On field the umpire's decision would be considered final.

Table Tennis

3 setter match (Semis and Finals 5 sets) | Each game will be of 11 points

  • Each game will be of 11 points. Best of 3 Sets. (Single & Doubles)
  • Standard scoring rules of TT will be applicable
  • Semi Finals & Finals – Best of 5 Sets
  • Doubles Partner has to be from Same Company
  • Partner cannot be changed in any condition whatsoever

Carrom

Best of 4 Boards till SF | Semi Finals & Finals will have full board of 25 Points

Rules:
  • Best of 4 Boards till Semi Finals
  • Semi Finals & Finals will have full board of 25 Points.
  • Stroke to be made by nail side of finger up to second joint.
  • Any hand or any finger can be used.
  • Thumbing is allowed.
  • Queen (3 points) can be taken after pocketing minimum one coin of self and cover is must.
  • Stroke to be made covering full circle.
  • Striker should touch both lines while making stroke. Foul or due to be placed in circle in flat position but not on red circle.
  • Queen or jumped coin will be placed by umpire in centre circle.
  • Common Striker would be available but Players can bring their own Strikers as well.

Chess

Swiss League system | Max 90 sec time between 2 moves | Max 30 min gametime per round
 
Entry Fees: Rs. 550 + 18% GST

Rules:
  • Common Draw for Men & Women
  • Swiss League System to be followed. Elimination of players with 0 Points after 3 Rounds.
  • Time Control for each game. Time limit for each move up to 90 seconds. Maximum game time of 30 Minutes.
  • Standard chess rules and scoring system applicable.
  • For those who are not aware of the Swiss System, the system will be explained in detail at the venue on the event date.

Badminton

3 Setter matches | Feather Shuttles | Each Game of 15 Points

  • Each Game of 15 points (Semis and Finals of 21 pts)
  • For 15 pts game,optional mini break after 8 pts. For 21 pts game ,optional mini break after 11 points.
  • Appropriate Footwear (Sports Shoes) is mandatory to play on Courts
  • Doubles Partner has to be from Same Company
  • Partner cannot be changed in any condition whatsoever.
  • Badminton Shoes are to be carried and worn only at the Court. Shoes worn outside will not be allowed to be used on Court.
  • Common Rules:
  • 1. Participants must be an employee of the organization carrying identity card of the organization they are representing.
  • 2. All participants must be of reasonable health & fitness to participate in the specific events.
  • 3. On field, judges / organizers / Referees / Umpires decision would be final.
  • 4. In case of the nomination being changed, the same has to be notified to the organizers at least two days in advance of the event.
  • 5. During all the events, the participants need to be present at least 30 minutes prior to the designated start time.
  • 6. Participants might have to play multiple rounds on any given day.
  • 7. All teams are requested to maintain discipline and to avoid any kind of arguments with any other participant and referees.
  • 8. A bye will be granted to the opponent if the participant fails to be present at the venue 5mins after his scheduled match time.
  • Notes:
  • The Organizers reserve the right to cancel any sport / event if enough entries are not received.
  • Participation information forms have to be sent minimum 1 week prior to the event date.
  • Draws and timings of your matches will be informed to you 2 days prior to the event.

  • No Refunds will be processed for incorrect registrations.
  • The event Schedule and venues will be decided by the organizers and will be final and abiding. Any alterations made by organizers on change of date or venue due to unforeseen reasons, has to be accepted by participants.
  • The organizers will not be responsible for any kind of incidents / mishaps / loss of property on or off the field.
  • The organizing team has the rights to reject any participant in case of using any unfair means or lack of proper conduct on or off the field.
  • All safety gear and playing equipment have to be brought by the participants. The organizers would be providing the consumables only like balls, shuttles etc.
